Refund policy
Returning to SEVENFIFTY BOUTIQUE is very easy: you can return your purchase to the nearest post office or tobacco shop. Send an e-mail to info@sevenfiftyboutique.com and we will send you all return instructions.
We ask you to return the item to us within 30 days of the delivery date of your order (or the date it was ready for collection).
RETURNING AN ITEM FOR A REFUND
We also realise that sometimes we are not satisfied with our purchases and simply ask for a refund. As long as the item is still in its original condition, we accept returning items according to the following rules.
Any item returned within 30 days of the day the package was delivered or made available for collection will be fully refunded using the same payment method you used when placing the order.
The cost of returning the item will be borne entirely by the applicant. In the case of an exchange, we will bear the shipping costs.
We undertake to refund your money within 14 days of receiving the item in our warehouse.
If you intend to request a refund within the above period, but are unable to return for any reason, please contact us, as refunds in this case will be made at our sole discretion.
AND AFTER THE REQUESTED PERIOD?
We do not accept returns of unwanted items returned after the above time limits. If you send a return after the requested time limits, we may refuse it.
Proof of dispatch
Returns are the responsibility of the sender until they reach us. Therefore, always ask for your receipt if we need it later (you can get it for free at the post office and other centres.) ). .
ORIGINAL CONDITION
The hygiene and safety of all our customers is fundamental, which is why certain important rules must be observed.
It is of course perfectly possible to try on an item as you would in the shop, but please do not use it again. If an item is returned damaged, shows signs of wear or is in an unsuitable condition, we cannot give a refund and may have to return the item (and ask you to pay the shipping costs). All returned items are carefully inspected on arrival at the warehouse.
All returned items must be returned in their original packaging.
RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for the items you wish to return until they reach our warehouse. Pack them carefully to avoid damage during transport.
For the same reason, always ask for a shipping receipt for your return in case you need to present it later (this is available free of charge at the post office and other authorised centres).
Returning a faulty item
If the item you wish to return is defective, please contact customer service by emailing info@sevenfiftyboutique.com.
ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS
Once your return has been processed, you will receive a refund confirmation email.
If you wish to return items from different orders, please send them in separate packages and split the items for each order.
We will refund the amount you paid to the account you originally used for the purchase (this also applies to clearance items). The amount will be refunded to your account within a maximum of 10 working days from the refund date.
