SHIPPING CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ OUR GUIDELINES CAREFULLY:

Once your order is placed, it may take 5-12 working days to process and pack your order.

Standard delivery times

Free standard shipping with tracking within 5-12 working days
Track your parcel

To track your package, click on the tracking number you will receive by e-mail after shipment (usually within 3-5 working days). If you can't find the e-mail, check your SPAM folder.

The parcel has been delivered but not received

Most parcels arrive on time, but sometimes the tracking service indicates that the parcel has been ‘delivered’ even though it has not arrived.

Important: The carrier responsible for delivering the parcel may provide additional information about the status of the shipment. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email to receive the contact details of the responsible carrier.

Please note that we do not refund or exchange items tracked after delivery. Therefore, we always recommend having your items delivered to a secure address.

The carrier will not mark the parcel as delivered until it is delivered to the address provided. If your order has been marked as delivered and you have not yet received it, please check your inbox or contact your local post office.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking information (also check your spam inbox).

Please note that the estimated delivery date shown on the product page is only an estimate, based on the average delivery speed of couriers in your country. It is not a guaranteed delivery date.

If your tracking information indicates that your parcel has been delivered, but you have not received it:

If other people live at the same address as you, check whether they picked up the parcel or refused delivery.

Check if a shipping notice was left in your letterbox. Follow the instructions in the notice to get more information on how to collect or rebook your parcel.

If you live in a building with a concierge service, check if the parcel is with the concierge.

For more information on the delivery of your parcel, contact your carrier and local post office. Keep the tracking number of your order handy.

Premium Insured Shipping does not cover parcels stolen or missing after delivery, as these events are not due to Sevenfifty Boutique's negligence, but to random events beyond our control.

Failed deliveries and incorrect addresses

In the event that delivery of the package to the specified delivery address would not have been possible due to lack of cooperation from the customer (missing or incorrect delivery address, absence of the recipient, etc.) or the customer refuses to do so, the package will be returned to the sender (sevenfifty Boutique) at the customer's expense.

No returns will be accepted for personalised products. Therefore, the customer will be contacted and asked to provide the correct delivery address. The customer is responsible for paying additional shipping costs for redelivery.

Delays or non-delivery

If you have not received your package after 30 days, please contact us. We will then check the status of your order for you and make sure there are no errors or omissions.

Tracking check

All orders are processed with the utmost care and are traceable. After 1 to 5 days you will receive the tracking code by e-mail and you can check the status of your package in the relevant section of our website.

Multiple orders

If you order multiple products from us, they may be shipped in different packages, but with the same delivery times and costs.

This is based on product availability, as our partner factories and warehouses are in different locations.

Warranties

Any qualified purchase is subject to a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.

Products with engravings or other personal modifications are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
